Refund & Return Policy

Because Mahwash Collective produces apparel on demand, our refund and return policy is built around that model. Please review the following carefully.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item received does not match the order (wrong size, design, or product).
  • The print quality is materially different from the approved proof.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or shipping error:

  • Custom and personalized apparel made to your specifications.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Final-sale or clearance items, where indicated.

Refund Conditions

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If a replacement is preferred, we'll produce and ship a new piece at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

Email support@mahwashcollective.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Do not return any items before receiving written instructions from our team.

Processing Time

Once we receive a return or approved refund request, please allow up to 7 business days for review. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
